External Service Providers

We use the SchoolTherapy booking system to coordinate NDIS providers visiting students at school. This system ensures that all relevant paperwork is completed and allows providers to book their sessions with students directly during available time slots.

If you would like your child's NDIS provider to visit them at school, please follow the steps below:

  1. Ask your child's therapist to email the school on beldon.esc@education.wa.edu.au stating their name, occupation, email address, telephone number and the name of the student they would like to visit.
  2. Their details will be added to the SchoolTherapy system, along with the parent's contact details.
  3. The therapist will receive a link to upload their documents (police screening, working with children check, insurance and the child's therapy plan).
  4. Both the therapist and parent will receive a link to digitally sign the service schedules.
  5. Once all the documents have been reviewed and approved by the administration team, the therapist will be able to book their sessions directly during available time slots.

Please note that NDIS providers are not permitted to visit before 11am to ensure all students have an interupted morning literacy block and all therapy provision takes place outside of the classroom. Booking spaces are available.
